1.1 Identity of the Seller
All sales on the Website are made by MAISON HUME SAS (hereinafter referred to as “The Seller”, “we”, “MAISON HUME”), a company registered in the Bobigny Trade and Companies Register under number 898 304 506 , with VAT number FR69 898304506, whose head office is located at 20, rue Molière, 93170 Bagnolet, France.
1.2 Customer Identity
For the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale, the terms “Buyer”, “Customer”, “you” designate any natural person who places an order for ISABELLE LARIGNON Product(s) on the Website.
It is specified that the Buyer must be a final consumer, namely a natural person not acting as a trader and having the legal capacity to contract.
Thus, the Buyer
declares and guarantees, by accepting these General Conditions of Sale, that the purchase of ISABELLE LARIGNON product(s) on the Website does not fall within the scope of its professional commercial, industrial, artisanal, liberal or agricultural activity and is limited to personal use;
Sales are made at retail for strictly personal use. MAISON HUME reserves the right not to deliver any order appearing to contradict personal or non-professional use, particularly with regard to the volume of products ordered, even if the order was initially validated on the Website.
The purchase of Products via the Website is strictly limited to persons who can legally enter into contracts on the Website in accordance with French law.
1.3 Objects and definitions of the General Conditions of Sale
The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as “General Conditions of Sale”) is

MAISON HUME cannot be held responsible if a minor or incapable person purchases a Product (hereinafter referred to as the “Product(s)” or “ISABELLE LARIGNON Product(s)) on the Website without supervision or authorization. If applicable, these General Conditions of Sale will prevail over any other version that may exist or over any other contractual document.
By ordering Products sold on the Website, it will be considered that the Customer has previously read, understood and fully and completely accepted these General Conditions of Sale of Products online, which is expressly recognized by the Customer who waives in particular take advantage of any contradictory document, which would be unenforceable against MAISON HUME.

Each time you order Products on the Website, the General Conditions of Sale in force on the date of the order will apply to the contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
2. PRODUCTS
2.1 Pricing - Price
All sales prices for Products on the Site are inclusive of all taxes and are indicated in euros including tax and exclude delivery costs. Depending on the weight and/or amount of the order and the options chosen by the Buyer, the delivery costs, determined according to the terms specified in the DELIVERY article, will be calculated prior to validation of the order by the Customer, then invoiced in above the price of the Products purchased.
The final price of the order corresponds to the total amount of the Products ordered including VAT at the rate then in force to which are added the delivery costs mentioned during the payment process, as well as any taxes and customs charges.
For certain countries, the Customer may be asked to pay customs duties or any other specific fee relating to the legislation of the country of importation in addition to the amount of the order.
The prices of the Products in the Buyer's basket will always be identical to the most recent prices as they appear on the page containing the detailed information of the Products. However, the sales prices of the products may be modified at any time by the Seller. This modification will be notified to the Customer before any order is placed.
No VAT exemption will be made for an online order.
An invoice established by the Seller may be sent to the Buyer upon express request made by email to the address contact@maison-hume.com specifying the request and the order number.
The Products remain the full property of MAISON HUME until receipt of the total amount due paid by the Customer.
Payment is due upon ordering. Payments will be made by credit card, PayPal or Apple Pay.
2.2 Product information
In application of article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code, prior to ordering, by clicking on each of the Products, the Buyer can read on the Site a detailed description, the essential characteristics and the price products he wishes to order. This information is written in French and English. The Buyer can also consult on the Website, within the Product sheet for each perfume, the “Ingredients-INCI List” link which precisely communicates the legal information on the Products.
MAISON HUME reserves the right at any time to add new Products to the Website, to delete some of them, or to change their presentation or their price. The information on the products and prices applicable to the order are those appearing on the Website at the time the Buyer validates his order.
The photographs and graphics of the Products are not contractual.
2.3 Product availability
All Products are offered subject to availability. The prices as they appear on the Website will apply as long as the Products are available.
In the event of unavailability of the Product after placing the order, MAISON HUME will inform the Buyer as quickly as possible by email. The Customer will then have the choice of being reimbursed or placing a pending order for the product. In the event of cancellation, the Customer will be fully reimbursed for the price of the unavailable Product as well as any delivery costs paid for the unavailable product within fourteen (14) working days from the date from which the Customer was informed by email. Payment will be made in the same manner as paid by the Customer.
However, if only part of the Products ordered by the Customer is unavailable, the Customer will not be reimbursed for the delivery costs paid for the Products available and delivered.
3. ORDER
3.1 Eligibility to order
To place an order, the Customer must provide information about him including his first and last name, his telephone number, his email address and his postal address which must be accurate, up to date and complete in all respects. MAISON HUME cannot be held responsible for the inaccuracy of the information communicated by the Customer, and in particular if this causes errors during delivery.
In the event of a modification of the information provided during registration, the Customer must communicate the modification(s) without delay by sending an e-mail to the address contact@maison-hume.com, indicating the order number.
In addition, when placing any order, the Customer must provide bank details. The Customer declares and guarantees that the bank details provided during any order are both valid and correct and that he is the person holding the bank account and whose name appears on the billing documents transmitted.
3.2 Order errors
The Buyer has the opportunity to correct any erroneous order as long as he or she has not clicked on the “pay now” button (or equivalent) on the last page of the order process.
3.3 Place an order
The Buyer selects the Product(s) of their choice and adds them in the “Your basket” section. Details of the order project and modification are then possible at any time.
The Buyer must then validate their contact details, billing address, location and method of delivery as well as the chosen payment method.
From the moment the Buyer confirms his order by clicking on the “pay now” button, he is considered to have definitively accepted the content and conditions of his order, the prices, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the products ordered. . The order is then final.
3.4 Confirmation and acceptance of the order
Once the order has been placed, the Seller will send the Customer by email as soon as possible an order confirmation containing an order number, a summary of the terms and conditions of the order as well as the tracking number of the package issued by the carrier .
3.5 Unavailability of products
In the event of product unavailability after placing the order, the Buyer will be informed by email or telephone of the consequences on their order at the latest before the delivery stage. (see details in article 2.3 of the General Conditions of Sale of the Website)
3.6 Cancellation of the order
MAISON HUME sells Products on the Website intended solely for consumers or non-professionals for their personal needs. The Seller therefore reserves the right to refuse or cancel all orders for legitimate reasons, particularly for orders from professionals, orders of an abnormal nature such as those exceeding 10 Products of the same reference, abnormally repeated orders.
The Buyer may cancel his order by exercising his right of withdrawal under the conditions provided for in article 4 of the General Conditions of Sale.
3.7 Payment terms
Full payment by the Buyer is due at the time of ordering. At no time can the amounts paid be considered as deposits or deposits.
All orders are payable in euros.
Payment for orders is made by credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay.
The bank cards accepted on the Website are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Please note that in accordance with article L.132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay given by means of a bank card is irrevocable. By providing information relating to his bank card, the Buyer authorizes the debit of his bank card.
At the time of payment, the Buyer must transmit his bank card number, its expiry date as well as the cryptogram number (3-digit number appearing on the back of the bank card).

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND
4.1 Buyer's rights of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 121-20-12 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the day after the delivery date to return the Product(s). ) ordered for reimbursement, without having to provide reasons.
When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended until the first following working day.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must, before the withdrawal period expires, inform MAISON HUME of his wish in an unambiguous declaration by means of an email addressed to contact@maison-hume.com and including the following information: name, postal address and, where available, telephone number, order number and email address.
4.2 How to return an order for Products?
Within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the withdrawal request, the Product(s) concerned as well as all other elements provided during the purchase of the product(s) Product(s) concerned must be returned to the Seller
at the following address: MAISON HUME, Returns Service - 20, rue Molière 93170 Bagnolet,
in perfect condition for resale, in their original intact and complete condition (shipping package, complete original packaging, protective tissue paper not removed, sealed sticker, accessories, etc.), duly sealed, and accompanied by the delivery note signed according to the procedure described in article 4.3 of the General Conditions of Sale of the Website. Indeed, the opening of cosmetic products (perfumes, care) makes them unsuitable for any further marketing. In application of article L.221-28 5° of the Consumer Code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal once the perfumery and cosmetic products have been unsealed after their delivery. Thus, for hygiene reasons, any perfumery and cosmetic product that has been opened, unsealed or damaged, including its packaging, will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. However, the Customer is not deprived of the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects.
Consequently, any Product which has been opened, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded, returned or exchanged.
The Customer must if possible use the original package to return the Product(s) concerned.
4.3 How to ship the Product(s) concerned to be returned?
The Customer will connect to the Website to the “Contact” tab, enter their name and email address. In the “comments” space, the Customer will indicate the order number and the Product(s) to be returned.
The Seller will then send by email a delivery note to print which the Customer must attach to their return package. The Buyer will ship the Product(s) concerned to the address appearing on the delivery note. The Customer may return the Product(s) concerned using the shipping service of their choice.
The shipping costs of the Product(s) remain the responsibility of the Customer except in the event of return of Products for non-compliance with the Customer's order. Parcels sent postage due or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
In the event that the delivery was not in accordance with the Customer's order, he may return the non-compliant Product(s) using the prepaid Colissimo label sent by email by MAISON HUME following of this specific withdrawal request (see details in article 6 of the General Conditions of Sale of the Website.
Products not returned, or returned incomplete, damaged, altered, stained or in any other condition which would reasonably suggest that they have been worn or used, will not be refunded.
Any risk linked to the return of the product is the responsibility of the Customer. The Seller advises the Customer to take out insurance In the event of sending by post, MAISON HUME recommends that the Customer request proof of shipment since the Seller assumes no responsibility for Products lost during transport. If the Product is not received by the Seller, the latter declines all responsibility, the Customer remaining responsible for any risk associated, where applicable, with the return of the Product(s) concerned.
Failing compliance with the procedure set out above and the deadlines indicated, the Customer will not be able to make any claim for non-conformity or defect of the products delivered, the products being then deemed to be compliant and free from any defect.
4.4 Reimbursement conditions for the Products concerned
Any return accepted by MAISON HUME will result in reimbursement to the Buyer of the value of the Products concerned, initial delivery costs included. However, the reimbursement may be reduced in order to take into account any possible devaluation of the Products if the Customer has handled them in an unauthorized manner.
The refund will be made using the same credit card used by the Customer for the initial transaction within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the qualitative and quantitative verification of the returned Products.
Products returned by the Buyer not accepted by MAISON HUME will be returned freight collect to the Buyer.

5.2 Delivery terms
Delivery will be made after confirmation of payment by the MAISON HUME banking organization.
MAISON HUME delivers the Products ordered exclusively in the countries mentioned in article 5.1 of the General Conditions of Sale of the Website.
We deliver the Products in accordance with the delivery method you have chosen and to the address indicated by the Customer on the Website when placing the order. Any package returned to MAISON HUME due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be reshipped at the expense of the Buyer.
5.3 Delivery times
The delivery time for the Products depends on the option chosen by the Buyer when placing the order. In any event, excluding stock shortages or force majeure, transport strikes and/or postal services, the Products will be delivered to the Buyer no later than thirty (30) days after confirmation of the order.
In the event that the products are returned to MAISON HUME because the Buyer has not taken possession of the package containing the products, the Buyer will be reimbursed for the amount of the order, delivery costs deducted.
The products are delivered according to the following terms:
Destination France: Standard delivery - times: up to 5 working days (deadlines which may be extended for Monaco and Corsica)
International destinations: Standard delivery with signature - indicative delivery times: up to 20 working days
DROM-COM destinations: Standard delivery with signature - indicative delivery times: up to 31 working days
When used, the term "business day" excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
All deadlines are given as an indication in working days from the delivery of the package to the carrier.
The deadlines announced on the Website are purely indicative and depend on the destination and availability of the Product ordered. Exceeding this deadline cannot give rise to any order cancellation, any reduction in the price paid by the Customer, and no payment for damages. However, and in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, failure to deliver upon the expiration of a period of thirty (30) days from the following day on which the Customer spent his order, for any reason other than force majeure or the act of the Customer, under the conditions provided for in articles L216-2 and L 216-3 of the Consumer Code, the Customer will have the possibility of canceling his order without charge. The sums he has paid will then be reimbursed at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the date of termination of the contract, excluding any compensation or deduction.
For all Products, if the order is placed before 12 p.m. (GMT+1), it will be shipped the same day (subject to stock availability). If the order is placed after 12 p.m. (GMT+1), it is shipped the day after the order.
Delivery of orders is ensured by carrier Colissimo.
When the package is picked up by the carrier, the Customer will be informed by email of the tracking number of their package which will allow them to follow the delivery of their order in real time.
From the moment the carrier takes charge, the Customer is delivered to the address communicated when placing the order within the indicative deadlines specified below.
In France, the order is delivered by hand to the recipient and without signature, or by mailbox if the dimensions of the package allow it.
In the event of absence or impossibility of delivering the package, the carrier will inform the customer of the address of the post office where their package can be collected upon presentation of an identity document.
The Customer has 8 to 10 days to collect their package from the post office. These deadlines may vary depending on each carrier and are available on their websites.
Beyond these deadlines, the package will be returned to MAISON HUME.

5.5 Import duties and taxes
Deliveries in mainland France and within the European Union are invoiced with French VAT.
All deliveries outside French territory and the European Union, including Switzerland and Norway, are shipped excluding taxes (HT).
All taxes and duties that may arise during the import process are the full and complete responsibility of the Customer and are to be paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the package according to the laws in force in the country of destination. In addition, it is up to the Customer to make the declaration necessary for importing the products. These declarations and payments cannot engage the liability of the Seller.
6. PRODUCT COMPLIANCE, COMPLAINTS
6.1 Inspection of Product(s) upon receipt of delivery
The Customer is required to immediately check the condition of the package in order to be able to express his reservations directly to the carrier when delivering the package. No subsequent complaints about the condition of the package can be made to MAISON HUME Customer Service.
The Customer is also required to check the condition and conformity of the Products delivered and inform MAISON HUME Customer Service as soon as possible at contact@maison-hume.com of any anomaly or non-compliance.
If a Product is defective and non-compliant, the Customer must follow the procedure provided for in article 4 of the General Conditions of Sale of the Website to return it, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following notification by email of the request for withdrawal, this Product to MAISON HUME then obtain its refund. After this period and failing to have complied with these formalities, the Products will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no claim can be validly accepted by MAISON HUME, subject to the provisions of the LEGAL GUARANTEES article of the General Conditions of Sale. MAISON HUME will reimburse or replace as soon as possible and at its expense, the Products delivered whose lack of conformity or apparent or hidden defects have been duly proven by the Customer, under the conditions provided for in articles L 217-4 et seq. 7. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP – TRANSFER OF RISK
The transfer of ownership of the Products to the benefit of the Buyer will be carried out after payment of the price by the latter, regardless of the delivery date of the products.
In accordance with the provisions of article L216-4 of the Consumer Code, the transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration relating thereto will only be carried out at the time when the buyer takes physical possession of the Products.
8. LEGAL GUARANTEES OF CONFORMITY AND HIDDEN DEFECTS
The Products sold benefit from the following legal guarantees:
_the guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code
_the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
In the event that a lack of conformity is demonstrated, taking into account the nature of the products sold on the Site, the Customer may choose to either ask MAISON HUME to replace the Product with an identical Product, subject to available stocks. , or requested to be reimbursed for the price of the product and delivery costs on the basis of the total price invoiced, as well as return costs upon receipt.
In the event that the existence of a hidden defect is demonstrated, taking into account the nature of the products sold on the Site, the Customer may, at his option, request from MAISON HUME a total or partial reimbursement of the price of the Product and the delivery costs based on the total price invoiced, depending on whether he decides to keep the Product or not.
If the products returned by the customer for a demonstrated lack of conformity or for the existence of a demonstrated hidden defect, do not correspond to the products ordered and have an origin other than an order on the Website, MAISON HUME will not be bound by its obligations described in this article.
To exercise one of the legal guarantees, the Customer must send an email to contact@maison-hume.com.
9. RESPONSIBILITY
MAISON HUME cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the sales contract in the event of a shortage of stock or product due to a case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of carrier services and means of transport and /or communications.
MAISON HUME cannot be held liable to third parties in the event of indirect damage, special damage or incidents resulting from negligence, failure or clumsiness on the part of the Customer, or resulting from use non-compliant by the Customer of one of the Products offered for sale on the Website. The Products must be used in accordance with the recommendations for use listed on each Product. Modification of the Product, its transformation, its misuse or non-compliance with these recommendations may cause damage for which MAISON HUME cannot be held responsible.
All products offered on the Website comply with current French and European legislation and the standards applicable in France and Europe. MAISON HUME is in no way responsible for any case of non-compliance with the laws of the country in which a product is delivered (for example in the event of a product being banned). It is up to the Customer alone to check with their local authorities the possible implications of the importation and use of the products that the Customer plans to order.
The Site also contains information from third parties and links to other websites. Under no circumstances will the Seller be held liable for damages resulting from the use, access or inability to use this third party information or the content of other websites.
While taking the greatest care in posting information and data online, MAISON HUME cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions that may appear in the product description provided by the manufacturers, as well as any typographical errors present. on the website.
The photographs and graphics of the Products on the Website supporting the text have a non-contractual indicative value. The photos and graphics therefore do not bind the Seller regarding any inaccuracies or errors that may appear there.
Concerning access to the site, consultation of the latter, the ordering process, payment for delivery and service, MAISON HUME only has an obligation of means. MAISON HUME cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the Internet network, in particular any disruption of the connection or any intrusion of a computer virus.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of a dispute or complaint, the Customer will contact MAISON HUME as a priority. In order to obtain an amicable solution, the Seller and the Customer undertake to cooperate diligently and in good faith.
