A feather with a nose
As a child, I had the single dream of being happy.
As a child, I had multiple dreams of becoming an opera singer, a tango dancer and a perfumer.
After studying lyrical singing for around ten years, I continued studies in communication. And because taste is closely linked to the olfactory sense, it is for the food industry that I begin to communicate and write.
FROM NOSE TO PALATE, THERE IS ONLY ONE VEIL...
So for almost 20 years, I have been lending my pen, often under the light of the moon, to those involved in gastronomy, wines & spirits, perfumery and luxury hotels. And as from the palate to the nose, there is only a veil, my double culture, taste and smell, as well as my technical knowledge of the profession of perfumer arouse the interest of both coffee, champagne and spirits houses as well as perfume brands.

Adapting my writing to the culture of the subject and the editorial structure of the medium, finding the angle, the tone, the style, the inspiration to create informational and/or emotional content these are the main lines of my other profession.
PRACTICE MAIEEUTICS
In its interstices, it is always about understanding and appropriating the spirit of a product, a brand, a company, a personality. Also, to support my clients, I practice listening and maieutics dear to Socrate, namely the art of giving birth to minds through questioning.
In my spare time, I write Chronicles of my nose or compose poems that play with words and expressions around the word nose. Since 2022, I have also contributed to the “cultural movement” of NEZ, La Revue Olfactive, as an editor.
