Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Directive (EU) 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of 14 days.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the goods. When the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
For orders comprising several goods delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last good.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Effects of withdrawal
In the event of your withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice, if applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will proceed with the reimbursement using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction. We may defer reimbursement until receipt of the goods.
Return of products
You must return the products to:

no later than 14 days after communicating your decision to withdraw. This period is deemed to have been met if the product is returned before the expiration of the 14-day period.
The shipping costs for returning the product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
> Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
> Goods that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (notably opened perfumes and cosmetics)
Products must be returned unused and in good condition, accompanied by their accessories as well as all their original packaging and protections, so that we can put them back on sale. To the extent possible, the Customer must also return any unmarked packaging and protection that may have been delivered with the Products.
Products not returned, or returned incomplete, damaged, altered, stained, or in any other condition that reasonably suggests they have been worn or used, will not be reimbursed.
